    Cardiac arrhythmias are another symptom of severe magnesium deficiency. Too much magnesium can do the same but typically causes diarrhea too

    Great video. Unfortunately the constant repetition of, Go see your doctor is the worst advice. Doctors will happily prescribe drugs. Almost none of them know anything about nutrition. My advice is follow everything in this video except to see your doctor.

    I’ve been having constant headaches. I couldn’t focus and study well. The headaches were appearing for a long time in a day and this continued for a week. I was told I had migraines and that made me worry thinking I’ll have them constantly..
    I then went to the dr again, did several tests and found out my magnesium level was low. I began taking magnesium today, hoping for better results.
