What are some things you use to keep your immune system up? If you don’t use anything, what’s one thing you’ve always wanted to try?

  17. Tressey Adams on October 29, 2020 at 8:00 am

I’m a fan and user of most all those, except bladderwrack. I had not considered it. I deal with anemia and dark under eye circles so I’m strongly considering giving this a try. You said it was gentle on the stomach? Did it cause constipation? We seem to have similar health profiles so any extra insight would be greatly appreciated.

I need to try Elderberry! One of my fave natural remedies is oil of oregano, it’s spicy and a little unpleasant but I feel like it helps when battling a cold or seeing the first signs of a cold coming on. Got some from an organic farm in Hawaii when I was sick on a trip there last year.
