    Hello Marla. I was just wondering what’s your take on birth control? Is it actually bad for your health and body? And could it trigger a psoriasis flare up?

    Thank you so much for mentioning the effects of Wi-Fi on our inner frequencies and energy. I have really felt the difference in sleep and it also can affect babies and children. Airplane mode is our friend at night!

    Hi Marla! I’ve been doing so much research and came across your videos. You’re information is so helpful, and I’m so excited to finish healing my body. I am going to do a Candida cleanse (follow the timeline/diet you did), then continue eating extremely clean for a few months until my leaky gut is healed. I already eat extremely clean, grain free, and very low sugar, so I don’t think I have too much Candida left in my body. I think a 1 month cleanse will be perfect. My question is, though, what is your opinion on coffee? I absolutely love coffee and would give up any food if I could drink it. I’m currently not drinking it because I know it’s not great for my gut, but when do you think I could introduce it back into my diet? The candida diet says it’s okay to have one to two cups a day, but I’m going to try to stay off of it for at least another month or so.Thank you so much!

    I do not drink soda but I love sparkling water (plain). Since it is carbonated it is still not good for me?

Thank you for all the work and research you give for free it’s been really pointing me in the right direction with my health. Was wondering if you have any advice on what to eat for pcos? Or foods that are anti androgenic? I have pcos and the acne and excess hair that comes along with with it. Thank u for all you do! 🙂

    Thank you for your videos they are great. I have an autoimmune disorder called alopecia do you have any recommendations for that? I recently started eating fermented foods and drinking kefir to boost my immune system what’s your thoughts on that as well

    Love the informational videos. Thanks! Great tips as always! I’m now going to stop buying sparkling water. I didn’t realize it was bad 🙁 I’ve been drinking lemon water twice a day (around 10 oz each time). How much do you suggest drinking per day with lemon added?
