Dr. Mahannah, could you please help me find answers… when I was 19 I was on birth control for two-three weeks. It ruined my body. I had the most dense breast in the world. It hurt so bad to shower, sleep, wear a backpack, wear a t-shirt, my breast were so dense. I bleed like three times randomly. I immediately stopped and ever since then my breast have been so dense. I have been diagnosed with multiple fibroademonas. I am 26. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer at 33. She is alive and well. She did not have dense breast like me or fibroadenomas. I just wish there was something I could do to get rid of my dense breast. I am being monitored yearly very closely, but nobody can answer why I have dense breast (besides being "young") and nobody knows how to decrease my dense breast. From doing my own research I have learned about DIM, which does help, but does not get rid of it. My periods are perfectly aligned, but I also do have insanelyyyyy painful periods. I really hope you see this comment and are able to help me please! Thank you!!
