People who sell DoTerra are so freaking dumb. They seriously think they are doctors. Example: They recommend peppermint for acid reflux. Peppermint relaxes the LES, which makes acid reflux worse!!

  8. Catherine Kincaid on May 24, 2021 at 3:33 am

Wow..that’s so many drops..and it’s not for everyone..

  9. Marquis Brown on May 24, 2021 at 3:35 am

You didn’t say what to drink with Oregano oil

Except for the allergic reaction, the people’s negative reaction can be explained by body toxic overload caused by the essential oils, not poisoning. I’ve drunk essential oils of all types, including grapefruit oil, with never any problems after my body was used to them over a long period of time. I began gradually because when I first began my body was so toxic that just a small amount of any essential oil was a problem. In fact even aromatherapy was toxic: coughing, gagging, etc. Other than allergies taking essential oils orally proved no problem as long as I started slowly beginning with aromatherapy first. Yes, oil does not mix with water, but the oil forms droplets in water and spreads out thus weakening its effects. I haven’t been ill for 6 years using essential oils. Before that I was ill with sinus, flus, colds every year.

  11. poets pen on May 24, 2021 at 3:36 am

I have been taking essential oils from young living for years and my family and all my friends also, and never have they or I had anything. If it’s pure without stuff in them and water is not an absorbent. In food or mixed in other oils. In this day and age oils are seen like this none essential danger. In the old days they were used as medicine. There are ways to use cloves and other oils as medicine. Dilution in other oils is key. Cloves mixed with coconut oil or olive oil is perfect dabbed on a teething gums or a tooth ache or just a whole clove in general which has been used for thousands of years as a treatment. Dilution in water is a joke.

Oils mix with oils. Or in food. Added to your food is not gonna harm you. Dropping straight oils in your water or mouth… Not a good idea

  15. William T. Dudley on May 24, 2021 at 3:43 am

Thanks for the info. What about mixing certain essential oils and hot water like for a tea? It seems that they mix better with hot water. I was sipping on a cup of hot water with one drop of lemon essential oil while watching your video and stopped immediately 🙂 as this was my first time and I thought I should look into it.

No one sees a common theme here, this Doterra company and the fact that these people used an incorrect carrier. Infuse am organic non gmo oil from a reputable source with organic honey and dissolve in hot water with tea, and you will have no issues, I do it all the time,. What you’re saying is completely untrue. How is consuming essential oil harmful when there are literally dozens of recipes online utilizing essential oils as an ingredient ingredient to the dish. Additionally there are dozens of ready to eat prepared foods that contain essential oils. Thousands of people, if not more people consume oil oregano daily with only positive health benefits. If a plant is distilled down to it’s essential oil, how does it then become toxic?

  20. Freedom Educator on May 24, 2021 at 3:49 am

Did you do the other episodes how to dissolve with milk and in a bath? Thank you

One drop is enough because its very potent. One drop of lemon EO goes a long way with 1 liter of water.

  33. mike camfield on May 24, 2021 at 4:03 am

I would argue that ingestion of essential oils works really well. Only 1 drop does it. I’d be willing to bet 100% of these people took too much

  34. TheAwakenedINFJ on May 24, 2021 at 4:08 am

    2:10 No shit?

Young Living essential oils are safe for ingestion! They’re big difference is Seed to Seal. They plant, harvest and process all ingredients for they’re oils. They control everything that goes into them and are the purist form

  38. Tasha Tasha on May 24, 2021 at 4:12 am

  39. John Pickett on May 24, 2021 at 4:15 am
