I know that you made this video a long time ago, but I’m certain that I have the same problem. Can you please give me an idea or list of foods that you eat? I want a clear guide on what I can eat and buy at the grocery store. Thank you

    You aren’t cured …

  5. Gee Wiz on December 5, 2020 at 9:54 pm

It’s familial and appears in DNA. Science is consistent for centuries. You took all the food trends and say they affect AS. My ancestors had this when “roundup” didn’t exist and my mother for instance rarely ate and was scrupulous with diet. We all have AS equally. Food gives us hope but unfortunately it won’t create or cure AS.

Thanks so much for sharing your story mate. I had the same mind set as you. Did you ever have any microbiome tests? My results just showed high level of klebsiella and other negative bacteria, which is very related to AS. Apparently low starch diets can starve this bacteria.

HI Erich, first of all many thanks for your videos. I have a question for the gut healing process, you mentioned about L-glutamine and Slipery Elm, during 30-60 days, during this time I should not take any probiotic/prebiotic or can I take it in parallel? or best wait for the healing process? Thanks

After listening to this feeling good that
    You recovered from this problem.
You were talking about gut lining. Gut lining change after a week or days.
There are vitamins like vitamin B12
That helps to build gut linings.
You are vegetarian and maybe you
Need vitamin B12.May be this problem
Is due to bone marrow. Exercise helps a lot. Yes GMO seeds maybe a big cause.

Should we consume L gluetamine with food or empty stomach?

  12. m park on December 5, 2020 at 10:06 pm

Sounds really incredible and I’m glad you found relief however AS has been around long before Roundup or GMO’s. I am almost 70 and I can remember members of my family having AS over 50 years ago. So to say that you can remedy AS through non GMO diet is simply not correct. I too have had periods of long remission to have symptoms come back with a vengeance. I won’t argue that diet has some effect but to eliminate GMO’s will not necessarily put an AS patient in remission.

There’s an eBook on amazon with scientific studies showing there are some psychological elements involved in flaring AS, its like a mental disease:Cure Ankylosing Spondylitis by j king. It gives the treatments as well, it’s pretty something you should try it!

Hi Erich, I’m a Born Again Christian living in Canada. I’m researching about AS because of my wife. Praise the Lord for you. We have cut all the Glyphosate by the grace of God. I was wondering what you thought about gluten free bread. It’s still made of a good amounts of grains but organic gluten free bread should be safe right ? Just wanted to have your thoughts. Also, we are both taking L-Glutamine. And hope that it will help with the Leaky Gut Syndrome. God bless you brother, through Jesus Christ. Amen.

  19. Kim P on December 5, 2020 at 10:10 pm

Are you sure your not eating a no starch diet? Because starch is highly linked with AS. Are you in 100% remission now?

  20. coza10 on December 5, 2020 at 10:10 pm

    Thanks for your story.

Did you ever have undigested food in your stool or digestive issues?
And did you ever have gut tests to look for bacterial imbalance or infection?
My research has suggested AS is heavily linked to the Klebsiella bacteria and infection.

  26. dovlatyanr on December 5, 2020 at 10:16 pm

Not arguing or anything, just looking for more info: you claim that glyphosate is the direct cause of leaky gut/bowel inflammation that leads to subsequent autoimmune flare. Can you provide a source for this info? I ask because I have AS as well and am just looking for more information that can help me.

  27. Eric Glover on December 5, 2020 at 10:17 pm

I just want to add a comment about how different this disease is for everyone and everyone should do what Erich has done to try different things to help themselves. Having said that, be wary of anyone talking about a "cure." I’ve had AS for over 30 years and I have tried pretty much everything from diets to Chinese herbs and acupuncture to biologics and everything in between. In my 20-40s, I would have long periods of remission that I ascribed to whatever I was doing at the time. The truth is that the progression of this disease is different for everyone, but if you have it, you are never going to "cure" it. I don’t care what anybody says on You Tube. Many of the people I see on here talking about their cures are the same age I was when I had frequent remissions. I don’t have them anymore. If you are doing something that makes you feel better, by all means, keep doing it, but this disease can turn pretty mean no matter what you do. You cannot blame it on GMOs, which is one of the least scientific arguments I have ever heard. Anyone who makes that link is not doing so on a scientific basis. My uncle had AS and he died long before GMOs came on the scene. I’m not trying to discourage anyone from pursuing any treatments that can help them. If one of them makes your AS go away, that is awesome. Just be aware that your illness can go into remission and it can come back. Mine hit me with a vengeance in my 50s and I have eaten an extremely healthy diet of mostly vegetables for the last 45 years. I have had long periods of remission and I have seen my illness come back out of the blue. Let’s see how Erich is doing 5 or 10 or 20 years from now. I hope for his sake that what he is claiming here keeps working and he is not just experiencing a transient phenomenon just like I did. They tell you that AS is incurable for a reason. That doesn’t mean it isn’t manageable. Nobody can tell you how your disease will progress, which is why the responsibility to find what works is up to you. Congratulations to Erich for finding that in his own struggle and I wish him the best.

  33. A A on December 5, 2020 at 10:27 pm

Erich: You need to start taking 10ml of Restore liquid for gut health by Dr. Zach Bush. It tightens the gut junctions so no leaky gut and won’t allow roundup to get into your blood system. It stops leaky gut and roundup. Take 10ml before each meal, but start slowly, work up to 10ml. Please start watching as many Dr. Zach Bush videos as you can find. Pls subscribe to his you tube channel.

Brother, other than the damaged leaky gut, is there any other reasons you know that cause this disease?
Taking more stress or having a big stress attack on brain can cause this problem? Please let me know if you know some other reasons that cause this disease. Thank you

Thank God for you! What a blessing to come across this video. So glad for your healing. I’m on my journey now and thank God I came across your video. So my question is I eat a lot of grains (I soak first) since I’m on a plant based diet. If they are organic is that ok? Or should I cut grains out? I’ve been having a lot of knee, neck and hip pain. Thank you!

  39. jane bond on December 5, 2020 at 10:34 pm

So what did U eat from then on?
How do U know where the food came from.
Not everyone can do organic farming.
Any ideas for peeps like me??

Thanks for sharing. I got AS at age 14. I am 27 now and almost 100% pain-free for the past 4 years. Not sure we can one day say we are "cured" though, because I think if we ever go back to unhealthy lifestyle, the inflammation may come back. In my case, the key step to my recovery has been a long water fast and then adopting a mostly raw diet. I’d be happy to share more info with you if interested. Alex

Plant based diet + fasting + meditation…. This is how i reversed it and no symptoms since a year.

  43. Spondy Warrior on December 5, 2020 at 10:43 pm

AS is a progressive disease. You may go into remission but there is no cure. Some people have it worse than others, progress quicker than others, go in remission when others don’t etc. Keep in mind that at some point you will probably need medication. Yes, I have AS.

Erich, again and again..thank you for your excellent video….my daughter had "Fibromyalgia" (yes, another made up dis-ease) however, the diet has worked wonders…it’s all poison and you have to try the best to use organic and avoid all the food you say bread/rice/soy..!!
