Hi! I’m in third trimester of pregnancy. Wondering your thoughts on lifelong vitality pack during pregnancy and nursing. I’m concerned about the peppermint as I know it can diminish milk supply. Are the touch roller balls from DoTerra safe for baby? Or should I make my own. I have been using DoTerra for a couple years and love it.

7min… and many say not to use them on children until they are at least 6 YEARS to 10 YEARS old because they may make it more difficult for a small child to breath, by closing their airways(the opposite of what you are wanting the oils to do) A baby/kids body is NOT just a scaled down adult. There are many things that are safe for adults but not a growing child . … as she said several times she is not a doctor. She considers herself not liable of any negative outcomes that may result from following her advice…. frankincense, fir needle, and other tree oils can also be used to safely aid in decongestion in children. No need to risk possible known side effects in young children if there are so many safer alternatives.

    – – SUMMARY oils= good, videos advice= bad.
