I use juicing, whole foods, meditation and breath work, movement, journaling, positive affirmations and high energy as a way to move past mental and emotional barriers, cleanse and detox, and connect with my body on a deeper mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level.

I strongly believe that by making simple food choices, you can greatly reduce your risk of developing a diet related chronic disease. Half of all Americans suffer from a preventable chronic or lifestyle disease such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory disease, cancer, high blood pressure, and stroke. I am passionate about promoting nutrition education that helps my family, friends, and other in our community make informed food choices that support health, longevity, peace, prosperity & abundance.

I will be continuously posting more videos about living holistic wellness and exploring our essence through the journey we take together. I’ve learned so much from my experience living in Shanghai, China and Phuket, Thailand about energy healing, discipline, fasting, and the whole self and I’ve decided to share all of this with you.
