    Hi! Thanks for the video. One question – I need to take a thyroid pill immediately on waking up. And I am so used to drinking coffee about 15 minutes after that. Can i take a banana instead of coffee 15 mins after the thyroid pill ?

    thanks Luke. As advised by you in various other videos, im already doing this for the last 2 months. And the least i can say is my life has changed. Ive never had so much time in my life, never felt so light, have reduced weight, skin looks better and overall well being is high.

    1.Dinner as early as u can by sunset or at least one hr by sunset
    2. Sleep time at same time every night. One hr before bed time switch off all screen.
    3. Wake up before sunrise or with sunrise
    4. See outside the window, natural light is good.
    5. No phones one for the next 2 hours
    6. All calories to be taken during day especially lunch.
    7. Excercise at the same time
    8. Keep dinner light
    9. If you drink Coffee, take it 2-3 hours in the morning after u wake up
