Your videos are excellent. People wait for my next video to be released… And I wait for yours. One correction, IMHO, You state in the video that "It is Claimed that Juices concentrate nutrients and are absorbed better’. To me, this is not a claim, its a fact. First, when you remove some (not all) of the fiber, you are concentrating nutrients. Same thing happens when you dehydrate, and remove water, that’s why dried food is more calorie dense. Second, on the better absorption, many WFPB doctors like to believe that Whole is ALWAYS best, While I do agree with that to an extent, there can be instances when it is not the best. This study tells me that Cancer survivors have better uptake of beta carotene, juiced instead of eating them whole . Im sure that beta carotene and other phytonutrients are quite important if your a cancer survivors (or people that want to avoid in the first place)

I’m 35 and I’ve been a junk food vegan for a decade now (on and off the starch solution). well, your video has encouraged me to reconsider my pastry and chips addiction. I thought I would die of covid since I got pneumonia but I’m still here. I have a lot of work to do.

Even in Roman times people were having this debate. You can read Plutarch’s essay on the eating of flesh; and the Apostle Paul mentions that there are people who eat only vegetables. (He claims their faith is weaker…hmm …) So people have been arguing about this for a long, long time.

  13. Heather Drummond on July 12, 2021 at 8:40 pm

Well done Chris, this is amazing, what a lot of work you put into this. It’s important to reflect back on what’s worked and what hasn’t.

  33. Carlos Ramos on July 12, 2021 at 9:04 pm

Great job! Love your sarcasm. What do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner on a typical week? I would love to know. I have quite a few questions about the vegan life style. I would consider myself about 80% vegan (cut out red meat 100%) for about a year now. I feel better than ever. Find it difficult to transition to 100% because of lack of guidance.

I feel your issue with the hair as so called young guy…But that part was hilarious and I love it how nerdy you get with ALL THESE PEOPLE I have almost never heard of (but the opinions they developed on diffrent bases are still dropped today in some weird conversations)

Let’s try to live a long and healthy life!
