When I was sick with the flu, I wanted chicken soup, but I was too sick to cook, so I created a healthy instant chicken soup with kale, chard, spinach carrot and rice that you can make in 5 minutes to battle your flu or cold.

    Wow this looks so delicious and healthy. I love that it’s so quick and easy too. I will use noodles because I prefer it over rice but I’m sure both are delicious. Your videos are alwys super helpful 🙂

    Love this! How can I make the broth have more of an Asian flavor? I love the broth used in Won Ton soup, but i can’t figure it out.

    I have a question?? U are so spiritually aware …work on chakras, positivity…But then why non veg??? Animals also suffer, feel pain…It’s not fair to kill someone who doesn’t want to die…
