    what she has in her pantry: lots of veggies and fruits, rice, chicken, herbs, and enough kitchenware to hold all of them

    Great ideas. Only point is the amount of ingredients prepared in the weekend relative to the amounts used in the meals somewhat won’t last the week. 3 days max ?

    PEOPLE, THE POINT IS TO LOSE FAT AND GET MUSCLES. You need diet plan and training plan for that! I visited website called Agoge Diet, they provided me with personalized diet plan and training plan. The results are amazing!!!

    I always avoided diets because I thought I wouldn’t be able to eat pizza or pancakes. Diet plan I got from Agoge Diet allows me to have cheat meals and still keep my fitness journey on track. If you don’t believe me, visit their site and try it yourself.

    Pro tip: put heavy duty tin foil down on the baking sheet and you don’t have to clean it once you’re done, you just throw away the tinfoil!
