    Guys if anyone out there is experiencing hard stool. Trust me Drink Pineapple Juice.
    I just drank s few cups of it and waited for about 5min and than i had the urgent to go to the toilet and it passed gratefully.

    Mam i am suffering from hemorrhoids.     Thank you for your video, it is excellent. Yesterday I had constipation so bad that it led to an anal fissure. The previous day I had eaten lots of popcorn, a large raw apple, cheese and pasta. I drink alot of tea but no water. Is it possible to eat TOO MUCH fibre? So that rather than fixing my constipation, a high fibre diet is actually CAUSING my constipation? Thank you.

    I use a comb of either tomato and cucumber or orange/yellow bell pepper & cucumber. I’ve had a problem with constipation all my life and finally have a bm every day if I one of those combinations every day.
