Studying Naturopathy right now and loved the really simple way you explained the principles. The principle that resonates most with me is Medicine in Nature. The fact that our bodies possess an innate ability to heal themselves and this is the reason that I am studying Naturopathy. It would seem that our allopathic doctors are no longer aware of this and most of their drugs actually hinder or prevent the body from healing itself. Not a fan of that form of medicine. If our body is designed to heal itself then the best cure will be the one it can give itself! Thanks for your awesome video.
