Very good recipe….some variation if I have created these recipes( for first two )are …
1. Buttermilk : black salt, roasted Jeera powder, roasted /fried whole black pepper that will come on the surface of buttermilk glass …..to garnish …fresh green coriander leafs with their small (not hard)branches chopped, a small cherry ..the fruit in between and the branch will touch on to the glass
2. Sprouts : instead of urad’s sprout…small desi Chana sprouts with some steam in open utensil, with some more veggies if u desire…, Roasted peanuts / mungfali dana, some roasted sesame seeds ……to garnish ….fresh chopped green Coriander leafs with soft branches, some pomegranate sprinkled, some kish- mish sprinkled, a lichi at the top in-between the sprouts plate
Creative food is like Meditation…..U can have the beginning of creative ideas in cooking n garnishing..but u can not have the end of creative ideas on chef’s Table….. as Meditation don’t have any end…. I can write atleast 5 pages on to this video n recipe… but that will also be insufficient……to be continued…to …. infinity…..

When show casing satvic bhojan should nt you two be slim in stature rather than over weight. That means both of you are not balancing you’re doshas right.

Now a days people have forgotten how nutritious indian food is . Perception about healthy food revolves around costly salads and so called health drinks . But a simple thali having dish of every " rasa " is more healthy . Just loved this thali

Isn’t green chilly tamsik food? And why put turmeric? Turmeric is a spice. Spicy food is not sattvik.
This is not vegan food. It contains milk which comes from animal abuse.

Nowadays humans have so much of good food but still stay unhealthy and nonproductive but in old days people used to have unrefined food and grains and worked like hell and stayed healthy. Eating something never solves the problem but working does. All this recipes and bullshit is an escape of the raw work and pain which we need to put to get a good body. Man teh why does farmers or various other people who do physical work fall ill. Why the people livin in slums are having a better immune than those living in sophisticated households. Today’s bullshit nutrient industry is a fallacy and a good and bad cholesterol shit just get over it and eat to your content but work like hell too.
