    Out of curiosity, why did you soak the asparagus in water? Does this help keep them fresh before cooking?

    What do you think about the risks of glyphosate? How can we know what products are safe from big corporation contamination? I don’t want to quit meat but at the same time I’m reading more and more studies about the antibiotics used and how dangerous consistent consumption of them can be. The same issue for grains and veggies too.

    Everything looks great except drinking while you’re eating. As you know, to increase digestive efficacy, you should not drink within 1 hr (minimum) in either direction of your meal. You can get away with such things when you’re younger, IF you are reasonably healthy, BUT the body is still breaking down slowly and silently behind the scenes as you age, and eventually you will start to see more digestive issues. This point tends to be missed by most people focused on health; yet, this is one simple thing that we can do to support healthy digestion, along with 32 minimum chews for each bite and not lying down on a meal.     Until this moment I was confident that holistic nutrition is a study about plant based lifestyle. When I saw you prepping a chicken, I got really surprised and I start looking online what this is really about. Now, I’m seriously doubting if I want to go to school for it, because I am all for being vegan 🙁 Thanks for your video! You opened my eyes a little bit.
