    I’ve been using a lavender essential oil before bed and it’s been helping me get to sleep.
    My stress is usually high vibration. I know I like sandalwood, so I might give that a try.

    I have stress that makes me feel chest pain on the left side where my heart is. I just got back from the urgent care and they said it’s stress….

    I have heard lavender essential oil will help with stress but it’s a lot of stress from planning my wedding, starting a new job, etc. and I am willing to try anything for stress!!!
