Which Essential Oil is Best for Reducing Anxiety?

Which Essential Oil is Best for Reducing Anxiety?

As an Aromatherapy educator for over 20 years, I have heard this question a LOT.

And the answer is…there is no single BEST essential oil for reducing anxiety. That said, some are more effective than others.

In this video I’m focusing on 4 of the BEST essential oils for anxiety.

I have seen thousands of students, graduates, friends, and acquaintances successfully use these essential oils for reducing anxiety. They really do work.

This video is about one of my favorite methods for reducing anxiety: making an Aromatherapy inhaler.

You can get the full recipe and learn why these 4 essential oils are some of the best for reducing anxiety HERE: https://blog.aromahead.com/best-essential-oil-anxiety-nl

Especially when you’re using essential oils for your family.

AROMATHERAPY FOR NATURAL LIVING will teach you what you need to know.

This is one of Aromahead’s most popular classes. It covers using essential oils for children and babies, natural cleaning, skin care, respiratory health, immune support, and more. If an issue comes up in daily life, this class will give you the tools to address it—naturally.

And everything in the class is 100% based in research. (No guesswork!)

• A method for using essential oils SAFELY for babies and children
• Which toxic cleaning products you can replace with essential oils
• Which essential oils help prevent colds & flu
• Replacing chemical body products with all-natural DIY versions
• How NOT to use essential oils (safety issues that every essential oil user should know)

You can learn more about the class and register HERE: https://courses.aromahead.com/aromatherapy-for-natural-living

See you in class!

Hi Andrea I love all your recipes and your book. I have a question. You used a piece of tape like a sticker to cover a label and I wondered where you purchased it . I have not seen this kind of roll anywhere. Thanks so much. Again I just want to say how much I enjoy all your you tube videos and appreciate the time involved in the preparation of all your work.

Where can I get the inhaler?

  16. SparkOfInterest81 on January 22, 2021 at 8:27 pm

I have a question. How long can you use this inhaler before you need to replace it or before you need to refresh the oils? Thank you 🙂

Do you have any blends for anger or will the anxiety blend work well, or maybe the stress blend for a teenager.
