Why You Should Never Eat Instant Noodles

You certainly ate instant noodles at some point in your life, haven’t you? Instant noodles, or instant ramen, is a cheap and easy meal.

But have you ever stopped to think if it is healthy?

Instant noodles were created in Japan by Momofuku Ando, who developed a method to dry and fry noodles, which ensures an easier preparation and a longer shelf-life.

This seemingly good image of instant noodles was challenged in 2010 when a South Korean research team conducted a study on the effects of the noodles on our health.

After watching this video, I am sure that you will avoid eating instant noodles again, especially if you are a woman.

If you have had any of the mentioned symptoms, including metabolic syndrome, talk to a doctor for a complete treatment.

I’m glad I trusted my instincts on not liking them. I tried to eat them because I would of saved alot of money but they made me feel nauseas and I instantly bloated up like a puffer fish. To salty too

We rather say Instant noodle and not Ramen alone. So many are not aware of the danger and things used to make it that threatens human health and life.

What about different brand noodles? This is like saying don’t eat McDonalds but not saying anything about Burger King, KFC etc.

  8. RabMarr on March 11, 2021 at 11:38 pm

Is it the actual noodles that’s unhealthy or the seasoning? Because we can flavor our own noodles!

  9. Amel Zaia on March 11, 2021 at 11:40 pm

Whatever we eat, we will still die in the end. My grandpa was a smoker, loved to eat unhealthy food, from time to time. He lived till 80 years. And my colleague was a healthy eater. No mc Donald’s, no fried food. In the end she died from cancer. At the age of 30. So, if you want to eat this sh*t, eat it. But not on everyday basis. Life is already to short.

  19. Koda on March 11, 2021 at 11:51 pm

Instant noodles is not real food and actually stays in your digestion track for almost a month. We call them rubber noodles.

  21. EVELYN FRANCISCO on March 11, 2021 at 11:52 pm

REALLY !!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL THE RICH PEOPLE DON’T EAT THAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  22. Objective Spirituality on March 11, 2021 at 11:57 pm

They way you guys view sodium and fat is very amateur. And the fact of the matter is the toxins are in the noodles (TBHQ) so u drain the juice, and the MSG is in the salt packet, so use your own seasoning. Then its just noodles (carbs) and throw some butter in, thats healthy

Same with white bread and pasta and all processed refined foods.

  27. Dina Rassoul on March 12, 2021 at 12:02 am

I add these noodles after giving them a boil and a rince to steamed mixed veggies with ginger, garlic and chicken without using the seasoning nor the flavors included. Just eat everything you love in moderation.

  28. Sheryl Brightman on March 12, 2021 at 12:08 am

Thanks for the video but we’ll probably still eat them. They’re cheap and in todays economy, every extra dime helps! Heck, the air we breathe these days can be toxic!

  29. Losshe on March 12, 2021 at 12:09 am

Not only they’re very high in sodium and fat, the additives in them are even worse. My uncle works for a company that makes additives for those junk food, and he’d scream at his son if he dares to drink the soup of those ramen noodles.

For me personally, I found out recently that those noodles are the culprit of my face bloating. I have low blood pressure, eat very healthy, and can eat very salty food occasionally without apparent consequences, but when I eat ramen, the next day my face is bloated. It’s not super obvious but I find it makes me look ugly. I think it might be the combination of the high sodium and the additives that our body can’t get rid of easily.

Everything is bad for you if it comes from the grocery store, in cities you aren’t allowed to grow a garden in many places, it’s obviously intended, look how much money the health care and insurance industries make as a result.
    Plebian sheeple.

  31. NaturaLaii on March 12, 2021 at 12:11 am

What about those organic ramen noodles that’s made with less crap? I’m sure those are good right?Just season it on your own.

  35. yourrodandyourstaff on March 12, 2021 at 12:17 am

That’s not right, you can’t eat remen noodle only , just like you eat the bread or rice only for long time. I never eat it without adding lots of other stuff like egg ,meat , vegetables, shrimpers…

  36. Amy Tupe on March 12, 2021 at 12:18 am

What about egg noodles. I mix half and half and eat noodles once a week.

  37. Pat Beatty on March 12, 2021 at 12:19 am

My question is, Are the noodles the unhealthy part or the seasoning pack that is loaded with sodium and MSG? I do eat the noodles, but I make may own seasoning with spices and just add some salt to taste.

  38. Asian in a Shed on March 12, 2021 at 12:21 am

You gotta change it to instant noodles not ramen because there’s a big difference on fresh ramen and instant noodles

So many will go on eating that junk anyway. You can lead a horse to water, put you can’t make them drink. It takes a lot of concerted effort to eat well. Are cold cuts next?
